Staff training and service development

Since joining the National Health Service in 2009 I have led various service development initiatives including:

  • Staff trainings (away days, reflective practice sessions, lectures, presentations and demonstrations)
  • Pilot studies leading to service evaluation and development
  • Service representation within trust-wide and national events and conferences
